Yosef Hayim

Yosef is a leadership coach and group facilitator dedicated to revolutionizing the relational cultures of companies & organizations.

He holds a master’s degree in education from the University of Pennsylvania, along with advanced certifications in group field dynamics and somatic coaching.

Yosef specializes in both individual coaching—helping leaders develop trust in themselves so that they can lead with greater confidence and awareness — and group coaching, where he facilitates emergent team sessions, integrating intellect and embodied experience, to enable deeper engagement and lasting transformation.

With a unique blend of rigor and adaptability, Yosef guides organizations to create cultures of trust, authenticity, and interconnection.
